One to One Sessions

These bespoke one to one sessions take place in the comfort and security of your own home.  These sessions are carefully tailored towards your child's needs. Great for helping your child to get a good nights sleep, building their resilience to cope with stress and difficult situations  or helping with anxiety.

We offer a Free consultation and Free Trial Session.

Schools and Nursery Workshops

Mindfulness Workshops help to create peace and calm during the school day. These sessions aim to develop focus and attention, awareness and compassion.  Using activities, crafts and meditation our aim is to put Well-being at the heart of the school and demonstrate ways to incorporate Mindfulness into everyday life.  


We have recently added Kindness Workshops to our schools services. There is ever expanding evidence that kindness is beneficial for us psychologically, emotionally and physically.  The aim of these workshops is to promote kindness and compassion to ourselves and others. We use different activities to show how one small person can make a huge difference.

Our Clubs are a great way to incorporate Mindfulness and Meditation into a child's busy day.  Our clubs help to develop mindfulness techniques in a fun way using games, crafts and activities.  Mindfulness and meditation can help to reduce stress, improve relationships at home and school, decrease anxiety and improve concentration.  It is a useful tool to learn and use whenever they need to.
